Coupling actuating

Force from which we press a coupling pedal, should be transferred выжимному to the bearing. In Audi A4 it is carried out by a hydraulic way – as well as in brake system. When you press a coupling pedal, the piston in the working cylinder (on a coupling pedal) supersedes certain quantity of a liquid and передавливает it to the main cylinder (on a transmission). There the piston leaves the cylinder a little and thus the deenergizing lever actuates выжимной the bearing.

 Council: Each connection of coupling causes sliding of overlays of a conducted disk concerning opposite surfaces of a friction and their heating. Especially strong deterioration is promoted by start from a place on high turns which is called as cavalry, start on 2nd transfer, movement at crossroads on 2nd or 3rd transfer with partially wrung out pedal of coupling or movement uphill.

Kind of the coupling established on (dismantled) four-cylinder engine

1 – a conducted disk of coupling;
2 – a gear wreath of a flywheel (the starter is linked to a gear wreath);

3 – press a coupling disk.
