Dismantle of an amortisation rack behind

Cars with a forward drive

At the left: a lateral covering of a back for-krepleno in three places. Above and below (1 and 3) the covering is put on, in seredi-not (2) is available screw connection access to which is available from the interior of the car.

On the right: to get access to the top fixing bolts (2 and 3) the shock-absorber of a back suspension bracket in the car with a forward drive, it is necessary to dismantle a back of a back seat or a lateral covering of a back. After that remove sound insulation from polyfoam (1).


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Bolt of connection of an amortisation rack, and also it самоконтрящаяся a nut should be replaced.
  2. Lift the car from two parties.
  3. Fix the lifted car.
  4. Unscrew a wheel.
  5. Prop up and raise approximately on 10 mm an axis on that party on which the amortisation rack should be dismantled.
  6. Loosen the a fixing bolt below on an amortisation rack.
  7. Remove a prop and take out an amortisation rack.
  8. Dismantle a covering of a back of a seat or a back (the head Salon).
  9. Loosen the two fixing bolts from outside salon.
  10. Hang out by small rotation an amortisation rack and remove it downwards.
  11. Installation: replace a lining above on an amortisation rack.
  12. Amortisation rack in the beginning hang on fixing ledges above (small rotation).
  13. If the amortisation rack is inserted correctly screw it on a wheel niche with an inhaling on 25 Nanometers.
  14. Tighten the bottom fastening of an amortisation rack manually.
  15. Put the car on a ground on all four wheels.
  16. Only now tighten the bottom fixing bolt on an amortisation rack on 50 Nanometers. After that tighten it on 1/4 turns.
  17. Do not tighten bolts on the lifted car – the support is deformed резинометаллическая.

The back amortisation rack is dismantled together with the top cross-section steering draught. Thus in external screw connection of the top cross-section steering draught and internal fastening of an amortisation rack are used new самоконтрящиеся nuts. Besides, the new bolt and new подкладная a washer for external screw connection of cross-section steering draught is necessary to you.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift the car.
  2. Fix the lifted car.
  3. Unscrew a wheel.
  4. Prop up that cross-section steering draught on which the amortisation rack should be dismantled.
  5. Loosen the also dismantle a fixing bolt below on an amortisation rack.
  6. Unscrew a fixing bolt of the top cross-section steering draught on the case of the wheel bearing (a rotary fist). Track that the case of the wheel bearing has not struck from within on wing edge.
  7. Loosen the four fixing bolts of connection of an amortisation rack and a wheel niche. Hold thus an amortisation rack.
  8. Remove an amortisation rack.
  9. At installation screw up the bottom fastening of an amortisation rack manually.
  10. Then screw an amortisation rack on a wheel niche on 55 Nanometers.
  11. Also manually screw up a fixing bolt of the top cross-section steering draught.
  12. Put the car on a ground on all four wheels. If bolts of a suspension bracket of wheels are tightened on the lifted car the support is deformed резинометаллическая.
  13. Only after that tighten the bottom fixing nut on an amortisation rack and the shock-absorber on 70 Nanometers and then tighten it on 1/4 turns.
  14. Tighten a nut of a fixing bolt of the top cross-section steering draught on 50 Nanometers and then tighten it on 1/4 turns.
