Dismantle of the petrol pump with the electric drive
The so-called module of giving of fuel consists from:

Forward drive: in drawing it is shown, how the hose between the fuel pump (1) and a deaf flange (2) is mounted. At installation turn a deaf flange on an arrow how it is represented on the right. |
At the left: in this cut fuel tank it is shown, how the fuel pump is dismantled. Though the special tool (1) which turns a little to the left an internal detail (2) cases of an inlet collector is for this purpose necessary. The tool grasps the pads (arrow) of dredging of an internal detail.
On the right: (1) with an internal detail (2) cases of an inlet collector in an external detail (3) its cases it is necessary for installation of the fuel pump, that there was correct an assembly position: risk on an internal detail of the case of an inlet collector should be opposite to a mark in external details (arrow).
It is work already for workshop Audi as the fuel pump is dismantled together by an internal detail of the case of an inlet collector, and it can be unscrewed from an external detail of an inlet collector only by means of a special key 3307. The one who can borrow a key, should operate as follows:

- Be convinced that the fuel tank is filled a maximum on 2/3, otherwise gasoline will flow out!
- Cast away a floor covering of a luggage carrier.
- Unscrew a black cover.
- Disconnect многоштырьковый a socket.
- Disconnect рециркуляционный the pipeline.
- Disconnect submitting pipeline.
- Unscrew synthetic накидную a nut. More often they sit very strongly. Therefore establish on a nut edge the most stupid screw-driver, and a lung hammer blows on the screw-driver handle ослабьте nut fastening. If it is necessary, knock on different edges.
- Now it is possible to pull a little upwards a deaf flange of a fuel tank.
- Loosen the on an inside of a deaf flange tightening a collar рециркуляционного the pipeline also pull together a hose downwards.
- Take out a socket of a fuel tank.
- Establish a special key 3307 on an internal detail of the case of an inlet collector.
- Turn a little to the left against the stop an internal detail of the case of an inlet collector.
- Take out the pump with an internal detail and together with a deaf flange from a fuel tank.
- Mark/remember assembly position of the pump, hoses, wires and sheaves of wires as details at installation should be mounted precisely.
- After unscrewing of the delivery pipeline (assembly position) the pump can be dismantled from an internal detail of the case of an inlet collector. It becomes on a miscellaneous depending on the pump version:
- The pump of 60 mm: turn to the left a sieve under an internal detail of the case of an inlet collector, take out the pump. At installation the nouse sideways on the pump should be pushed in a groove. Pay attention to a lining.
- The pump of 40 mm: compress deblocking collar above on an internal detail of the case of an inlet collector, take out the pump. At installation the pump can be inserted only in one position.
- Installation: a hose mount between the pump and a deaf flange how it is shown in drawings. The pump and a deaf flange should be in correct position rather each other.
- If all is collected correctly the pump can be mounted again in an external detail of the case of an inlet collector in a fuel tank.
- It is necessary to pay attention: the mark in an external detail should stand opposite risks on an internal detail.
- Again screw up an internal detail a key 3307, establish other details.
- Assembly position of a deaf flange: the arrow on a flange should be opposite to a mark in a fuel tank. Cars with a drive on forward and on all wheels have an own arrow.
