Soaked up air contains particles of a dust and a dirt which should not get to combustion chambers as on walls of cylinders they operate as an emery paper. It would cause premature deterioration of pistons and directing cylinders. Therefore the air filter provides necessary protection of the engine. Simultaneously it extinguishes noise from всасывания air.
