In our engines with injection of fuel hoses and gasoline pipe lines should maintain pressure more than in 5 bar. Therefore hoses are made of a material steady against pressure, and in junctions are in most cases screwed together or supplied by tightening collars.

Dismantle топливопроводов and fuel hoses

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Cleanliness – the organic law at works on fuel system. You should clear preliminary at least of a dirt that area where work will be made that the dirt has not got in opened топливопроводы.
  2. Easing of tightening collars: nippers flatten out a metal loop on its perimetre. At the expense of it tightening the collar extends, and the fuel hose can be removed rotary motions.

  4. At installation you should use the screw instead of tightening collars.

     Important: the fuel system still long time after engine deenergizing can be under pressure.

  5. At gasoline pipe line unscrewing keep in readiness a rag that to you gasoline has not scattered in eyes.
