Cable throttle заслонки

In salon the cable throttle заслонки (1) with the nipple (3) under which the spring is enclosed, is suspended in вильчатой to an eye on the top end of a pedal of gas (2) how is shown here.


Injection valves (5, 6, 7 and 8) act in film together with a distributive tube (3) and a regulator of pressure (4). For this purpose disconnect pipelines of giving (2) and return (1) fuels and unscrew bolts of a distributive tube.


Management throttle заслонкой in the engine with working volume 1,6 l

The arrow specifies in a nipple fixed fixing скобой on the end of a cable throttle заслонки.

1 – a cover of a cable throttle заслонки;
2 – a demountable clamp;

3 – a countersupport;
4 – the lever throttle заслонки.

Arrangement of elements of management throttle заслонкой in an impellent compartment (the engine 1,8)

By arrow the nipple fixed fixing скобой on the end of a cable throttle заслонки is shown.

The connecting cable between a pedal of gas and a branch pipe throttle заслонки should not be bent. During works in an impellent compartment it is necessary to track that the disconnected cable has not been combined under an adverse corner owing to what it could be damaged.

Replacement of a cable throttle заслонки

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. In an impellent compartment remove on the cable end fixing скобу and in a point of fastening of a cover of a cable a demountable clamp.
  2. In salon dismantle facing at the left under a control panel, the Salon see the head.
  3. Take out a fixing nipple of a cable throttle заслонки from an eye in the top part of a pedal of gas.
  4. Squeeze out a rubber tip from a back wall of an impellent compartment.
  5. Turn a tip in a partition to salon on 90 to the left and take out it.
  6. Extend a cable throttle заслонки.
  7. Do not bend a new cable throttle заслонки at an insert of rubber tips in a partition.

Adjustment of a cable throttle заслонки

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Wring out up to the end a gas pedal.
  2. Put the lever throttle заслонки in position of full giving of gas.
  3. Insert a demountable clamp in corresponding to risk of a cover of a cable throttle заслонки on a countersupport.
  4. At the lever throttle заслонки at completely wrung out pedal of gas the backlash should be a maximum of 1 mm.

 Council: After a detachment of sockets of the block of management the system of ignition/injection Motronic, and also after accumulator switching-off in the management block erases all sizes received as a result of so-called training. Independent adaptation of the block of management to the engine data "is forgotten", and there can be too high or unstable turns of idling. During a short trial trip the management block "is trained" in adaptation to the engine data. Though training process is blocked, if in the computer the information on constant malfunction is brought. In this case in the beginning it is necessary to consider a memory with malfunctions and to erase the information. The sporadic defects arising, for example, at the expense of a detachment of a socket of any gauge, do not interfere with training process.
