Dismantle of the loose leaf of the air filter

|
- There, where is, uncover on the air filter.
- Remove воздухозаборный a hose from the case of the air filter and expose it in front of the device всасывания.
- Take out the electromagnetic valve of the coal filter from an arm and put aside; hoses and a wire remain connected.
- Beznadduvnye engines: open four coupling collars round the filter case.
- Lift a cover of the case of the filter – the air hose to a branch pipe throttle заслонки on the engine remains connected.
- Take out the filter loose leaf.
- Турбодвигатель: work only at cold турбокомпрессоре.
- Unscrew the heat-shielding screen.
- Take out from clips the thin pipeline.
- Loosen the a coupler on an air hose also remove it.
- Open four coupling collars round the filter case.
- Disconnect sockets ahead on the temperature gauge (punch a wire coupler), on the terminal cascade of ignition and on a measuring instrument of a stream of fresh air (under a rubber nozzle).
- Uncover filter cases.
- Take out the filter loose leaf.

Dismantle of the case of the air filter

Dismantle of the air filter of the six-cylinder engine,
1st stage: take out воздухозаборный a hose (3), uncover (4). Then the top detail (2) cases is bared. The bolt 1 unscrews only for dismantle of the case of the filter. |

2nd stage: after coupling collars (2–5) are opened, it is possible to remove the top detail of the case, and there are (6) filters accessible the loose leaf. Figure "1" here designates a fixing bolt of the case of the air filter. |

|
- Dismantle the loose leaf of the air filter (see above).
- Loosen the a bolt with шестигранной a head at a wheel niche.
- Take out fixing pins below on the case of the filter from rubber nozzles on a body.
- Remove the case.
