Coupling functioning

Transfers of force from the engine to a transmission it is carried out at the expense of coupling. It works exclusively at the expense of a friction, and it can be imagined as follows: two adjoining surfaces clamp third and keep it with such force that it should rotate together with them. The main thing consists that this connection can be broken off at any time, differently both details it would be possible to screw together with each other. We name these details: the flywheel is constantly connected to the engine and press a disk under spring loading. Between them the conducted disk which is constantly connected to transmission shaft is clamped.

Other important function carries out выжимной the bearing: by pressing a pedal of coupling by means of actuating of coupling it nestles on a press disk and in certain degree takes up force of a spring of a press disk. As a result of it the conducted disk is liberated from the compulsory position and can freely rotate between a press disk and a flywheel. The power stream from the engine to a transmission interrupts.

If the pedal is again released, тарельчатая the spring of a press disk presses a conducted disk to a flywheel, free movement of disks disappears. All three details represent strong power connection. The power stream can be transferred from the engine to a drive.
