- Now with fist blows from below on an armrest slightly line door facing upwards that clamps on a facing underside left grooves of a door box.
- Remove facing and cast away from a door a little.
- On an underside of disconnecting contact of a door take out a cover of a cable from directing and hang out a cable.
- Disconnect штекерные sockets on switches and on dynamics.
- If it is necessary, cautiously remove изоляционную a film behind on door facing. Track that it has not torn in places of clamps and contacts of switches.
- Before facing installation insert intermediate rubber details into apertures of clamps in a door box (if they have departed at dismantle).
- That clamps moved is better, grease rubber details with a small amount of vaseline or silicone paste.
- Track that изоляционная the film has been carefully inserted on a facing underside. It should be inserted into deepening on facing perimetre.
- At installation pay attention to that the button of blocking of a door has been correctly inserted into an aperture in facing.

Detachment of details of a door
For example, after a metal small damage it can appear necessary to remove a basis of a door from a support of its assembly knots. In this case it is recommended to varnish a new basis of a door before installation. Though after that it is necessary to work very cautiously.

- Dismantle door facing.
- Dismantle a door how it is described above, and put an outer side on a soft lining (polyfoam, a woollen blanket).
- Take out from fixing clips of a bar of management of the external handle of a door and a lock drum. For this purpose cast away on clips on 90 a lock latch.
- Loosen the four fixing screws on the front parties of a door.

- Cast away aside spring clips of both operating bars (they conduct to a key wedge), hang out operating bars.

- Through a door box grope at height of a drum of the lock the small blocking lever and cast away it on 65 to back edge of a door.
- Now remove the door handle inside.
- Remove outside a drum of the lock and the external decorative panel. Thus slightly turn the panel.
- If it is necessary, disconnect a wire.
- Installation: it is necessary to understand an arrangement of details under the relation to each other in the dismantled condition. Otherwise гарантированно it will not be possible to establish deblocking lever.

- Above and glass ahead should be in parallel a sealant on all perimetre. In other words: it should not be warped in a doorway.
- If it is necessary, spend a felt-tip pen a line on back edge of a windshield (or on a first line of back glass) on distance to 9 mm from glass edge.
- Establish glass – watch parallelism of a line of a rubber sealant.
- Lift glass almost against the stop.
- Now check up, whether the contour of a sealant and a glass contour are parallel under the relation to each other.
- If is not present, ослабьте fastening of glass and adjust glass so that it became parallel to a sealant.
