Replacement of engine oil and the oil filter

Carving stopper маслосливного apertures (3) – in a photo the six-cylinder engine is shown – becomes bottom facing of an impellent compartment accessible only after dismantle. For its unscrewing by the most suitable tool is накидной a key. The oil filter (1) is better to unscrew a tape key (on an arrow). Further in a photo are shown an oil radiator on which the cooling liquid (2) flows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Change oil only at the warm engine! Therefore, whenever possible, do a bit of travelling on the car.
Raise Audi A4 horizontally (put an emphasis!) or establish it on a ramp.
Dismantle the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
Put under картер the engine suitable capacity.
Turn on накидным a key a carving stopper of a drain aperture; allow to flow down to oil. Be cautious, it is hot.
If you have raised the car only in front to merge the fulfilled oil completely, it needs to be merged once again. Track thus not to damage or to overturn reception capacity.
Put reception capacity under the oil filter.
Loosen the the oil filter a tape key. If the filter sits very strongly pierce its metal case a sharp screw-driver (be cautious, oil follows hot) and unscrew the filter by means of a screw-driver.
Slightly grease with componental greasing a sealing ring of the new oil filter.
Do not use for this purpose lubricant oil as at visual survey it wrongly can be accepted for following engine oil.
Strong screw up the filter manually, without using any tools.
Ототрите clean a screw stopper of a drain aperture also screw up with a new sealing ring; but it is not too strong, differently damage directing carving on картере.
Fill in oil (see the table).
Get the engine, check up tightness of oil.
