Check of switches


  1. Needle contact of a control lamp you can pierce isolation of a wire and define, in what wire there is a pressure.
  2. Find the electric scheme for each switch.
  3. In the beginning it is checked, whether pressure arrives in general on the switch; thus it is necessary to include ignition or illumination some times.
  4. Then it is checked, whether there is a conductivity in the switch in corresponding position.
  5. On an example of knot of the switch of the lock of ignition it looks as follows:
  6. Dismantle above and below facing of a steering column how it is described in section about dismantle of lever switches in this chapter above.
  7. Connect a connecting wire of a control lamp to weight.
  8. Pierce a control tip isolation of a checked wire.
  9. Both plugs 30 thick red wires always should be energised from the accumulator.
  10. The grey/yellow wire of plug R Ruhestellung (rest) of the lock of ignition is in position energised and is disconnected at its turn.
  11. The black/yellow wire of plug H (and also plugs 75) is energised exclusively in key position Zundung ein (ignition is included).
  12. The thin red wire to the plug 86s is energised until the key is not taken out. Here the radio receiver, and also (for the information) the relay of a delay of deenergizing of illumination of salon and an alarm buzzer in the combined device is connected.
  13. The black wire of the plug 15 receives pressure in key position Zundung ein (ignition is included) and Anlassen (engine start).
  14. The red/black wire from the plug 50 signals of start on a starter is energised only in position Anlassen (engine start)
  15. At the plug 50b the same function, as at the plug 50, serves for preliminary excitation of the generator already in the course of engine start.
