Forward wheels to provide reliable behaviour of the car, should settle down under a certain corner in a lateral and longitudinal direction. That you have got some idea about concept steering geometry, the explanatory of concepts here is resulted:

Longitudinal inclination: as it understand an inclined arrangement of rotary axes in a longitudinal direction of the car. It also promotes stabilisation of rectilinear movement and does not suppose fluctuation of forward wheels.
